Awesome place to train. Loads of equipment. Plenty of plates so you don't have to go searching. I'm a member at 4 gyms including this one. I love that it's truly 24/7/365. Everything is always functional and clean.
I've lifted weights in gyms for over thirty years. This is by far the best equipped gym that I've ever seen. It's a family owned business, and the owners, as well as the rest of the staff are fantastic people.
Remember to bring a towel! Nice people, nice equipment - but they don't provide towels, don't have them available to rent
Most awful experience ever! I've been a member of this gym for years and when I made the decision to cancel my membership after a few months of not being able to go, I was told that it was already cancelled and that I didn't have to worry about anything! WRONG. They continued to take money out the following months. When I contacted them to complain I spoke to the owner who told me that I had an overdue balance and my membership could not be cancelled. I PAID MORE MONEY IN THE FOLLOWING MONTHS (AFTER MY MEMBERSHIP WAS SUPPOSEDLY CANCELLED). The owner offered me no refund and then proceeded to increase my overdue balance! I've learned my lesson from this hell hole establishment! WORST GYM & STAFF EVER, DONT WASTE/LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!! DESERVES LESS THAN ONE STAR.
I spin there at least three times a week. Wonderful classes and friendly competent staff.
