Historically speaking, I am not a big fan of dealerships. But I must admit, Ingersoll Auto of Pawling was a pleasurable experience. My salesman Len was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The process was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership and Len!

As dealerships go these days, this is a very decent and friendly one. My family has purchased a couple of new vehicles from them and have had very good experiences. I recently went back to get a recall taken care of. I was able to get a scheduled appointment easily and within a reasonable time frame. I especially like that I can schedule online. Like all dealerships these days, they called to let me know that during their courtesy inspection, they noticed that I was behind on 2 service issues. Since it was something I could easily handle, I refused their offer to complete these services for me. I definitely appreciate that they accepted what I said and did not give me a hard time. Being female, sometimes it can be a struggle to convince dealerships that I can handle simple vehicle maintenance. They said they would contact me when the recall service was completed. That is the only issue that I had- they didn't call. My appt was scheduled for the am, but I had told them I wouldn't be able to get it until after 3 pm. Finally I called them at about 4 pm, the service tech was busy with another customer so they promised he would call me back right away. He did call back after about 1/2 hour later, but not at the number I requested that they contact me at. Slightly annoying, but enough not to give the 5 star rating. It's the simple things that make the difference to customers.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Billy and Angela. Personable and genuine. My only issue is that last 2 times I have come in for service I had to remind the gentleman taking in the vehicle that the vehicle is a CPO under warranty. Otherwise the experience has always been a nice one.

The whole process went smoothly. Very efficient and friendly staff. My individual concerns and circumstances taken into consideration throughout the negotiations. I drove in with my 2015 Equinox lease and drove out of the dealership in my new 2018 equinox lease within 2 hours. Special thank you to Dylan for going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and knowledgeable on all levels.

I called because I was right around the corner. I saw my oil percentage was low, and asked if there was any way I could get in now (that was around 10 am). The lady on the phone said they didn't have an opening until 3, but then she immediately said, "hold on, let me see if I can get you in sooner." As soon as she got back on the phone she told me to hop on over. I went there and it took under an hour for them to check the oil and service my car. They were real professional, real friendly, and just great overall.
